In 1997, Two Digital Electronics Engineer names Sachin Shah & Dhanesh Vibhakar has started firm “M/S. NetWorld Solutions” with vision of giving IT Solution & Services to Clients. After one decade company has decided to expand more and planned to convert company to Private Limited.
In the Year 2007, we converted “Networld Solutions” existing company to Private Limited firm named “M/S. Solnet Systems Pvt. Ltd.”
Today Solnet is offering integrated hardware and software solutions to medium to large segment companies. Additionally the company is reselling various Quality Computing products.

Our Journey Started on 9th May 1997, over the years, we had increased our verticals, which results in increasing the awards every year.
5 Year
– Focus assembled computers and sales & Service, AMCs
– All Branded IT products – desktops / laptops/ printers / servers
– Supports on Novell then migrated many clients to Microsoft Windows 3.x & Windows NT 4.0
– Structure cabling CAT5 – D-Link / systematics / Molex.
10 Year
– Project of Wi-Fi connectivity between 02 sites 1.5kms in Ravalgaon Sugar factory and upgraded technology from Novel to Windows and thin clients
– Project for UICT campus, college, workshops, hostels buildings – fully Wi-Fi enabled.
– Project done for one steel plant at Dhar, MP and done structure cabling and complete HP products IT infrastructure – Server, desktop, laptop and software licenses.
15 Year
– Project of CFS – structure cabling of CAT6 and fiber cabling Passive work for approx. 150points in bldg. area, warehouse area and open yard area.
– Many company’s new office complete infra provided.
– Project for CCTV and biometrics in societies, college, hostels, factories, offices.
– SPCE college around 180 CCTV cameras installed.
– Navi Mumbai new Factory latest IP base 42 cameras installed.
– Flyjac logistics all Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Navi Mumbai, Raigad, Surat base warehouses structure cabling, CCTV and biometrics systems installed.
20 Year
– APC UPS individual offline to central online UPS installation and maintenance done. Migrated many clients from offline old emailing system to latest cloud base Microsoft 365 solution with video conferencing features, sharing data , one drive space.
– NAS Data storage solution on-premise / private data cloud with security and backup on cloud storage.
– Network Security – firewall UTMs, endpoint security, Anti-ransomware deployments.
– Migrated client from on-premise server to cloud server and before lockdown of Covid19 , migrated all users to cloud and enabled to Work From Home.

25+ Years
– Tally.ERP9 software sales and service and Tally on Cloud solution.
– In Hospitals, Colleges, corporates – LFD monitors / Signage TV / Kiosk / Logitech video conference hardware setups.
– Deploy UTM firewall in college for 1500 users capacity and managing.
– Vashi factory – deploy Live server with ERP software and its DR at Belapur office. Downtime almost nil. At the time of ransomware attacked one time, restored back complete server OS with data within 1hr and Up and running with accurate data.
